OT... Lucas (AAAARRRRGHHHH) MGB starter. | Factory Five ...On a 1979 MGB, Should be a White/yellow wire going from the starter solenoid to the coil. And the Coil is a 12Volt coil. Not a 6 volt. He is not having a problem starting the car, just that it will not turn over. Correct? Therefore it really dosen't matter what the wires do coming from the coil.
