I plugged too many items into my cigarette lighter plug and blew the fuse. Took me a while to find. 98 Wrangler. It's in the fuse panel located behind the glove box. It's on a fuse labeled "Spare" in the owners manual. Weird, guess they were on a anti-smoking kick and didn't want you to find the fuse if you ever needed to.
