Where is neutral safety switch?

I have a 93 geo metro with a 3 cyl. motor and 5 speed. My starter won't turn over or even click. The battery seems good, the headlights work fine, so I want to check the neutral safety switch. Where is it located? I didn't see it under the dash and I didn't see it under the hood.
