Alternator wire 3 (blue) goes to ECM connector B84, pin 12 (i.e. E12). This is a 31-pin connector at the ECM. A/C Compressor (both AUTO and MANUAL models) are showing only a single blue wire which connects to A/C relay (Relay Block F27) pin 10 (AUTO) or pin 9 (MANUAL).

As to the fusing of the alternator. Unlike the battery, even if you increase the wire size from the alternator, it can only provide the power it's rated at. If the alternator is rated at 100A, that's all you're going to get out of that alternator. As to the fuse, check fuse SBF-1 in the engine compartment fuse box.
